Many clients find that the most thorough and economic approach is to utilize our contract services.  These arrangements are custom-tailored to meet the specific needs of the client by structuring a contract that gives them access to a broader range of services. 

The first step is to meet and evaluate the level of services necessary.  Once that is completed, we then put together an annual contract which not only spells out the specific tasks to be completed, but also gives a business access to us for any HR-related matter.   Each contract is priced based on the size of the company and the level of service it requires.  This way, a business ends up paying only for what it really needs, instead of a “one size fits all” approach that you find with many other HR service providers.
